The Spray Dryer is used in the drying process, which consists of spraying the product inside a chamber submitted to a controlled flow of hot air, and in this way an evaporation of the solvents, usually water, is achieved, obtaining an ultra-fast separation of the solids and soluble contained, with the minimum degradation of the product to dry, ending this process with the recovery of the product already in powder. In Spray Dryer we equipped a rotary valve, which was developed with a polished or sanitary finish (food grade) with a power of 0.37 CV that can feed low and medium pressure conveyors, control powder and granulate discharges in Spray Dryers, Silos, Cyclones , Sleeve filters, at different temperatures. Built in 316 L and 310 Stainless Steel, we guarantee a longer life for the Spray Dryer. Internal finishing of the mirrored equipment for greater movement of the products.
